Rain water harvesting
Only 0.4% of the water on the planet can be used by Man. Water is a scarce and limited resource in growing demand, and drought is an imminent threat in many parts of the world. This is why it is so important and urgent to use rainwater rationally and efficiently as a free and sustainable environmental resource. The rainwater management system consists of four basic elements: The Rainwater Management System is the smart ‘brain’ that manages the equipment. The ERMS is an electronic board containing a special software which sets the parameters, controls and manages a rainwater tank and its intake to the mains water system in line with the criteria of maximum efficiency and minimum consumption of water. It has a user-friendly interface which allows you to view the system’s most important data, whether this is the Rainleader, Tacomat Inox or Tacomat Plus system. The pump, the powerful heart of the system, is connected to the ERMS brain and pressurizes the installation. A filter before the water enters the tank, which allows solids of more than 0.35 mm to be separated and retained by a mesh in the in-line filter and then conducted to the sewage pipe. The tank itself protects the stored water from light, heat and dirt. |
